Special Immigrant Juvenile Status

Non-citizens under 21 who have been abandoned, neglected, or abused by one or both parents may be eligible for a special immigrant juvenile status, as long as it is not in their best interest to return to their home country. About Branden S. Ladebush, Esq.

Branden S. Ladebush, Esq. is an attorney with years of relevant experience in the practice of immigration law. Branden graduated from Clark University, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a specialization in International Relations and Spanish Language. He additionally has studied International Law and Organizations at the Washington Semester Program at American University in Washington, DC, and Spanish Language at TANDEM in Madrid, Spain. Branden earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from New England Law | Boston, where he graduated cum laude with certificates in Criminal Law and Immigration Law. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Branden has extensive experience representing the immigrant community. He began working for the Immigration Legal Assistance Program at Ascentria Care Alliance as an intern in 2015. He has interned at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office and worked in immigration private practice for five years as a Law Clerk and Associate Attorney at Gomez & Martinez LLC (Formerly Gomez & Palumbo LLC) in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Before founding his firm, Branden was employed as an Attorney at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) in Boston.

Branden has extensive experience representing individuals before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and the Asylum Office. He is involved in the New England Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) serving as the Chair of the New Member’s Division and Technology Committee.

Branden believes the United States should be welcome to all. As a descendent of immigrants, Branden has always believed the United States is a place that should open and welcome all.

Branden has been a trustee of Dover Children’s Home and the City of Dover Trust Fund since 2023.
